Terms and Conditions

• Investor must be an adult of sound mind.
• The investor must apply by filling out the company's prescribed investment form, submitting 2 copies of their photo, a copy of their Voter ID, 1 copy of the nominee's photo, a copy of the nominee's Voter ID/Birth Certificate, and depositing the invested amount.
• All payments/transactions must be made in favor of 'Takwa Natural Agro' through check/pay-order/bank draft. (No cash transactions are acceptable).
• The investment money must be deposited into the company's bank account.
• A proper money receipt and other valid documents for the deposited amount must be collected from the accounts officer immediately and responsibly.
• To receive the monthly halal profit, the investor must open an ID on our website and add a bank account. No cash transactions are acceptable. For mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), cash-out charges will be applicable to the customer.
• No application for withdrawal of investment or any return will be accepted for 24 months from the date of investment.
• After the completion of 24 months, if anyone wants to withdraw their investment, they must submit a withdrawal application form. The entire amount will be returned within the next 90 days.
• In the case of shared business of animals like cows, goats, sheep, buffaloes, camels, dumbas, gayals, ducks, chickens, fish, etc., the ownership of the said animals will be reserved in the investor's name.
• The rearing, conservation, and management of the animals will be conducted under the supervision of the company's share. In that case, the investor will have no opportunity to interfere. (Experience will certainly be valued).
• In the shared rearing of animals, a 25% insurance coverage will be ensured for the investor. For that, the investor must follow the company's policies and conditions.
